Work Library

Inspect the actual work

An organized evidence archive rather than a folder of downloads. Each entry states what it is, why it was created, what I contributed, and what capability it demonstrates — then lets you open the artifact where the material can be shared.

Connected learning systems

Organizational Learning Pathways

A connected set of analysis and design artifacts used to map how learning actually moves through an organization: phased pathway topology, discovery design, the question architecture behind it, and the department-function map it produced.

Authentic work samples

Pages from real projects

Anonymized pages from work I designed and delivered: how a discovery was structured, the questions that opened it up, and how a department's functions were mapped. Open any page to zoom in.

Phase 0 strategic foundation

The cover of the foundation document that opens the pathway mapping initiative. Anonymized work sample — a real page from the source document, with organization-identifying detail removed from the published image.

PROCESS MAP

Pathway Mapping — Phase 0

The framing phase of a learning-pathway initiative: scope, sequence, ownership boundaries, and the questions each later phase must answer.

The challenge
Learning was being produced across several functions with no shared view of who owned which pathway, where they overlapped, and where they simply stopped.
What this demonstrates
Systems framing: resisting the instinct to start producing, and instead defining the analysis that makes production worth doing.

Reconstructed for public presentation. No organizational detail shown.

The discovery workflow and the full template section index — the repeatable instrument, shown blank. Anonymized work sample — a real page from the source document, with organization-identifying detail removed from the published image.

PROCESS MAP

Phase 1 Discovery Design

The discovery architecture for the pathway initiative: how information is gathered, filtered, and converted into design decisions.

The challenge
Discovery conversations produced a large volume of opinion and very little that could be designed against.
What this demonstrates
Performance consulting: converting unstructured stakeholder input into design decisions that can be defended.

Sanitized structure shown; organizational content removed.

DISCOVERY GUIDEFacilitation rules · Page 1 of 3

Purpose and facilitation rules

The discovery rules that govern how the questions are asked. The full proprietary question inventory is not published. Anonymized work sample — a real page from the source document, with organization-identifying detail removed from the published image.

DISCOVERY GUIDE

Essential Discovery Questions Guide

A working guide organizing the questions that reliably surface the real constraint — grouped by what each question is actually testing.

The challenge
Intake conversations defaulted to requests for training, which hid the constraint that was actually producing the performance gap.
What this demonstrates
Facilitation craft: designing the questioning itself as an instrument, not leaving it to the skill of whoever is in the room.

Sanitized excerpt shown. Full guide reviewed in a confidential conversation.

Five-stage operating guide

The cover: the five-stage method and the governing principle it runs on. Anonymized work sample — a real page from the source document, with organization-identifying detail removed from the published image.

PROCESS MAP

Department Function Mapping

A matrix view of departments against functions, exposing duplicated ownership, unowned work, and the seams where handoffs fail.

The challenge
Nobody could say with confidence which function owned which part of employee capability, so gaps were invisible until they produced a failure.
What this demonstrates
Organizational analysis: producing an artifact that changes a leadership conversation without needing a recommendation attached.

Neutralized structure shown; department names replaced.
