KSA + EAAS Throughline Deck
A strategic presentation proposing a shared language that connects professional development, communications, marketing, leadership, service quality, and community impact into one growth story.
The problem
Training, communications, and marketing each described organizational growth differently, so improvement work never accumulated into one visible story.
What I designed
Connect the capability model to an action-and-alignment model, then propose a cross-functional pilot with shared language, stakeholder discussion questions, and meeting guidance.
