Be Brilliant in the Basics
A modular workshop architecture built around the fundamentals that carry the most performance weight — designed for practice and application rather than coverage.
The problem
Teams were being trained on advanced practice while the everyday fundamentals that determine service quality remained inconsistent.
What I designed
A modular agenda where each block isolates one fundamental, moves quickly from explanation into structured practice, and ends with an applied artifact the participant keeps.

Program architecture
The design and delivery guide cover, stating the audience, workshop promise, and the design theme the whole build is held to. Anonymized work sample — a real page from the source document, with organization-identifying detail removed from the published image.
How the system fits together
Program architecture, session design, facilitation model, and applied assessment approach.
Advanced programming kept being added while the fundamentals underneath it were never made reliable.
