AOAS — Asynchronous Onboarding Assistance System
A service concept for onboarding support that works when no one is available: what should be answered by a system, what genuinely requires a person, and how the two hand off.
The problem
A new employee's first weeks depended on who happened to be free to answer questions, so the same role produced very different starts.
What I designed
Blueprint the onboarding journey by moment, separate the asynchronous support layer from the human layer, and define escalation as a designed step rather than a fallback.

How the system fits together
Systems concept, service blueprint, and phased development roadmap.
Onboarding support depended on the availability of experienced colleagues, which made the first weeks uneven by accident.
