Pathway Mapping — Phase 0
The framing phase of a learning-pathway initiative: scope, sequence, ownership boundaries, and the questions each later phase must answer.
The problem
Learning was being produced across several functions with no shared view of who owned which pathway, where they overlapped, and where they simply stopped.
What I designed
Establish a phase-zero frame first: define the terrain, name the decisions each phase must produce, and sequence stakeholders before any mapping begins.
