Find what's getting in the way of performance

Sometimes the fix is training. Often it is clearer direction, better tools, time to practice, or leaders who reinforce the same thing. I find out which, then build what actually helps. KSA Flow is how I show that to a leadership team.

What this is
A foundational KSA distinctions model that separates information, knowledge, skills, and abilities so leaders can see why access to content alone does not create capability.
Why I created it
Access to information was being mistaken for evidence that people knew, could perform, or could adapt under changing conditions.
