KSA Flow
A capability progression model tracing how information becomes knowledge, practice, skill, judgment, aptitude, alignment, and growth — and where the conversion typically breaks.
The problem
Learners completed instruction and passed assessment, yet still could not perform reliably in the working environment.
What I designed
Model capability as a flow with named conversion points, so a team can locate the specific stage where performance is failing and design for that stage rather than adding more content.

Using the KSA infographics as leadership tools
The appendix that turns the KSA visuals into a supervisor instrument: purpose, use, and facilitator setup language. Anonymized work sample — a real page from the source document, with organization-identifying detail removed from the published image.
How the system fits together
Originated and authored the model, developed the stage language and diagnostic use, and built the visual system.
Existing competency language described categories. It did not show designers where a population stalls.
